Anyone have any advice on getting a better night’s sleep? I had been doing pretty good once I started eating RIGHT before falling asleep, but I’ve gone back to one night good/one night bad. I keep waking up every 45-60 minutes to go to the bathroom. I feel nauseous but I haven’t vomited (tmi, but I’ve been having #2s instead which is weird!). I’ve found putting on my sea-bands helps, and I’ve started taking just one of the morning sickness pills my doctor prescribed me just because they pretty much knock me out. But when I take them, I find I feel really groggy for the first couple of hours after I wake up, so they’re not ideal, but I’m willing to put up with it just to get some sleep.
I’m only 7 weeks, so the idea of the next 33 weeks with such a terrible sleeping pattern is killing me.
