Ive felt these ways countless times! Don’t beat yourself up. Sometimes your body is hungrier on a certain day and needs more food and that’s ok! Esp if ur not feeling well. Are u pregnant now or in the past? Forgive yourself of negative thoughts for today!  Hope u feel better tomorrow!!

We all have those days, don’t beat up on yourself! 

The most important thing to do is love yourself. Seriously, it sounds so corny, but how many times do we overeat because of that shame spiral?

One day will not hurt you in the long run. It’s about the little choices that add up to make a lifestyle change.

I had one of those days as well 🙁 Actually one of those weeks and I just want to lose ten pounds by my wedding but if I don’t straighten up it’s never going to happen. -hugs-

@LizzPatt2381:  It’s only one day. Eat better tomorrow. If you did this for a week, then you’d likely gain a pound or two.. but we all have our off days. No one is perfect 100% of the time. You CAN get that body back. It may take some time, but there’s no reason not to.
