    Ok, so my body is just a mess lately.  For the past couple of weeks, I will get random bone pain in my extremeties as well as raising heart palpitations. Like I said, they seem random, although now I wish I would have started writing it down when it happens, to find out if its truly random or not. Like last night, I was geting pains in my left shin, and my left forearm, not at the same time. Sometimes its in one of my feet, or my hands/wrists. Not truly painful, but pretty uncomfortable. The past few days however, I have noticed that I am having almost constand dull pain in my jaws and teeth. I have never felt anything like this before, and its in the bone. I doubt its a cavity because it feels like its underneath my teeth, but I have a dentist appt in 2 weeks anyway, so i will find out if he sees anything.

    I don't exercise, I am actually pretty static these days. I know I need to, and I am starting up bikram yoga this weekend. But I wonder if any bees get these kinds of pains, and have any thoughts for me? I can make an appt with my doc, but I really want to journal the pain so that I can have something concrete to tell him other than the fact that I get random pain.

    I have googled, and there are so many things it could be, that I just don't see the point in freaking myself out over it.

    hum, that's pretty strange. The only thing I can recommend is talking to your doctor. Can you email him with this question? They'll be able to know if it's something worth making an appointment for.

    @MrsSl82be:  Have you had any weight fluctuations recently?  Like weight loss?

    @tea: thanks, he normally does walkins on Friday, so I may go there in the morning

    @MrsCoachBtoBee: I've had weight gain, which we thought was my thyroid, but all my panels came back normal. So, I went off bc, becuase he believes I had too much estrogen in my system, and my weight has stayed instead of increasing. Going to get more blood panels next month to see if there is a change, since estrogen can cause false normal readings on the blood panel

    But, I dont' think that I've gained weight so quickly that it could cause the pain, like I said, I haven't gained in a few months, and this is recent pain

    Any way you can do a pee test- like as in urine PH? They sell them at the drug store to see if you are acidic or alkaline. Perhaps its diet/body chemistry related?

    @Eva Peron: hmm that's a thought. I could go to somewhere like Walgreens or CVS and get it?

    @MrsSl82be:  Have you had any major stressors?  Sometimes if we're very stressed/worried/sad, etc., it comes out physically.  I ask because you also mentioned your heart, which is very responsive to emotions.

    Is it affecting your sleep?  What else is going on... headaches, fatigue, weakness?

    @MrsCoachBtoBee: yes, stress is definitely a factor

    @jjmomma: all 3. I have a hard time falling asleep at night, but then I also have a really hard time getting up, and I feel groggy for at least a half hour after I pull myself out of bed

    @MrsSl82be:  Have you ever tried relaxation techniques?  I also recommend getting some sleeping pills while you're at the drug store and going to bed at the same time each night for a week using those.  It helps your body get into a rythm.  I have problems with stress big time and I get to where I can't sleep or get up and then that starts to affect everything else.

    Have you asked your doc about Fibromyalgia?

    "Fibromyalgia is a common syndrome in which a person has long-term, body-wide pain and tenderness in the joints, muscles, tendons, and other soft tissues.

    Fibromyalgia has also been linked to fatigue, sleep problems, headaches, depression, and anxiety."

    from http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0001463/

    I have a dear friend who was diagnosed with it after a long while of searching for answers.  Excercise helped her immensely.  I'm not sure if there's still a stigma associated with the diagnoses, but she got some flack as if it's not a "real" condition.

    @MrsCoachBtoBee: I bought melatonin, I've used it once and it gave me nightmares. I do have to get into a better sleep pattern though.

    @jjmomma: it could be. I am starting bikram yoga this weekend, so I hope that will help me

    If its fibro, its really just a lack of oxygen to the cells. It is also closely related to chronic fatigue. It is treatable/curable

    @jjmomma:

    @Eva Peron:

    thanks, I'm hoping the yoga does the trick. I definitely don't want to have to take meds if I don't have to
