Not Wedding Related: What does a bank customer service manager do?

@JessicaJupiter:  It depends on the bank. I manage about 5 people at my bank, and I mostly just do customer service, and “manager” type stuff (disciplinary action, audits, etc.). Another manager in my center has a degree in accounting, and she seems ok. You probably won’t do a lot of hard number crunching, we do have to keep track of PNL, deposit growth, salary information, etc. 


I wouldn’t say it’s administrative so much, but it is managing. 


For the record, none of us are “customer service managers” per se, but we have three supervisors (myself included) and we all basically do the same thing, except the banking center manager does a little more of the HR and administrative type stuff.

@JessicaJupiter:  I worked as a teller at a bank. When I couldn’t handle the disgruntled customers anymore, I would call the customer service manager in to deal with them. 

She would also sign off on our nightly count.
