Nothing's more frustrating!!!!!!

EDubbs:  lol I don’t know why no one else has commented on this. *hilarious!*.  I work my butt off in the gym and try to eat right for the most part, but when I see those ads I just think ….FML!  Lol  so funny!

EDubbs:  i think its because its not showing up on the categories. I have to google bees fitness to get here. I tried to report it but the screen blew up.

Anyway i ate around 700 calories a day for a week, then i HAD to eat regular, for one day. Didnt really like how i felt, but i didnt really like how i felt at 700 either. Im going to try eating a little more and see if i can still feel energetic and lose weight and not get crazy hungry.

700 is NOTenough. Seriously. Eat when you are hungry. Don’t when you are not. Food is fuel. Don’t use it as a punishment or a torture device.

henryetta:  700 a day is nowhere near enough. You shouldn’t go below 1200 a day or you’ll start losing lean body mass which you really do not want to do. I eat 1300 a day (and eat exercise calories back) and am losing pretty easily.
