You can get free fonts at places like, http://www.dafont.com -- when you download them, download them to your desktop.
Then open "Control Panel" on your computer, and find the "FONTS" Folder, move the downloaded files into there, and you can use the new fonts in any Microsoft office product or other product (like photoshop/painshop) program that needs fonts.
HTH!

I am a newbie at DIY - I'd like to design my own programs, but don't know where to start! I plan to get my paper at Paper Source, but where do I find the fancy fonts, etc. on my computer? What programs can I use to design? I also don't want to spend a lot of money on any new software.
I only know how to use the standard Microsoft Word fonts... I'm always very impressed with the DIY skills of the bees and readers. I'd be grateful for any advice you can give me. Thank you!
