I am OBSESSED. I replace one meal a day with it, typically breakfast.

I always do 50% spinach, then some combo of frozen mango strawberry or pineapple, sometimes with ginger. Then 1/4 cup carrot juice, then the rest the way filled with water. And a tbs of coconut oil for good fat/metabolism boost.

I love our Nutribullet! My DH and I got one to help us lose weight, and I use it for smoothies as well as pureeing soups! It is quite handy to have. I put spinach in my smoothies, usually a couple handfuls (you 100% cant taste the spinach!). I use strawberries, mango, pineapple, mixed berries- pretty much any fruit. I am not a fan of bananas in the bullet because it overpowers all the tastes. I only use water, since it is 0 calorie, but I’m sure juice or yogurt would be yummy. Basically 2:1 of spinach and fruit. Then just add the water, to your preference. I prefer loose smothies and my DH likes them thicker. I use frozen and fresh fruit to keep them super cold!

Love mine! In addition to smoothies it makes great fake ice cream with a frozen banana, cocoa powder, and almonds and almond or cocoanut   milk.

I don’t have a nutribullet, but I do have a to-go blender. I LOVE it!! I replace breakfast everyday. My go-to recipe is 50% kale, a scoop of low carb protein powder, green tea for the antioxidants and caffeine, chia seeds for the omega-3 fatty acids, shredded coconut and frozen fruit (typically berries for antioxidants / low sugar content) for the extra fiber.

My smoothies are anywhere from 175 – 225 calories / 16 oz serving, which is really driven by the protein powder, chia seeds and shredded coconut.

Using myfitnesspal + fitbit and I’ve lost 12 lbs in 2.5 months, without feeling hungry or crazy. I eat what I want, as long as it fits into my weight loss / be healthy goals. I also didn’t weigh myself in that time because I used to always get discouraged and go back to my old eating habits.

I’ve also been watching MrsBuesleBee:‘s WW accountability thread so it’s not just me trying to do this hard thing (because losing weight is hard!) and the other ladies have such great ideas and tips!

MrsBuesleBee: Thanks for running that other thread! <3 it!

favourite blast includes some homemade almond milk, strained, plain full fat yogurt, big handful of kale or spinach, a scoop of chocolate protein powder and a sprinkle of cacao powder or small piece of dark chocolate for some super chocolatey taste. mmm! sometimes I might throw in some avocado for a thicker texture.

KapOct18:  I use mine every morning! I usually do a handful of spinach or kale, half a banana, 1/2 cup frozen berries or mangos, scoop of plant-based protein power, 1 tsp maca powder, 1 tbsp hemp seed, and a scoop of wheat grass powder. Keeps me full till lunch!

KapOct18:  I had to share that I had my first nutribullet FAIL this morning. I was out of spinach so I used broccoli… It was so bad. Texture was good, and it was really filling…but it was sooo bitter and weird lol. I got through it but yeah stick to leafy greens
