Hi Bees! I need heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp 🙁
I am working full time and in school fulltime. Mon-Wed I go straight from work to school and don’t get home till 10pm. Thur-Fri is just work, Sat-Sun is school.
NO DAYS OFF!
I need to meal plan everything, breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner, especially Mon-Wed. I am really rather clueless when it comes to nutrition, and have no idea what are “bad” carbs, what’s protein and the like.
What meals/recipes would you suggest for bulk cooking to get me through the week without eating crap???
p.s I have a slow cooker, so making soups etc are viable and welcome options!
