If your doctor doesn’t have any more advice than to try repositioning it, I don’t know what else to tell you than to hang in there! I would give yourself more than just these almost two weeks to get used to it. When I used the ring I found that I did need to fiddle with it repeatedly to position it comfortably.

If this really doesn’t work for you, there are other long-term hormonal bc methods that have been discussed around here (IUD, for example). Good luck and I hope you feel better 🙂

I have been on the ring for 5+ years and never had or heard of this! I’m so sorry! You definetly need to give it time, 1-2 cycles before you are fully use to it. What concerns me about “repositioning” it, especially a few times, you are opening yourself up for an infection. Have you checked with your doctor that maybe this is a coincidence and that there maybe an underlying issue like a UTI or bladder infection? I hope everything turns out ok bc the ring is wonderful! Good luck!
