I need to come up with atleast one (maybe 2) more breakfast pizza ideas for a baby shower that I’m co-hosting in a few weeks. My normal pizza consists of bacon, sausage, cheese, egg, cream cheese and criossant dough. I’d like to go with something a little lighter for the second pizza. Any thoughts? We should try to keep it in the breakfast realm but I’m open to suggestions.

Could you do a breakfast/dessert pizza? For a healty option you could place fruit yoghurt instead of pizza sauce, and cut up fresh fruit as topping.00
Another one you can do is a spin on a breakfast danish. Place cinnamon on top of the crust, and then layer with cream cheese (with a bit of sugar), a fruit topping and bake. Once baked and cool drizzel a simple icing over the pizza (icing sugar and milk works well). It’s delicous, but not low in calories!!!
