I think a shrug could work...you wouldn't really be able to tell it's one-shouldered with it on..just make sure it's a shorter one so it doesn't hang too low on your waist and cut you in half

I was hoping to wear this dress on Valentines day. Not until I ordered it did I realize that a shrug might look weird. A shrug is a must to cover up my arms! What are your thoughts?
