My favourite is Blow's Faux Dry. I've tried about 6 different kinds and it's by far the best.
I reccomend a powder! I tried a foam and it just made me feel gunky. I typically only wash my hair 1-2x per week, so the powder is a nice inbetween if yo want to feel spruced up ;)
I have this powder it is osis+ dust it mattifying powder. I got it on amazon for $11. I use it for volumizing. this youtube video explains how u use it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tkfZTLDFfm4
Batiste is my hands down favorite. I have super oily hair and this is the only dry shampoo I've tried that actually works on my hair. You can get it at Sally or Amazon for $7.
@Aure: I think I still have a gift card for Ulta so I will definitely try this! woot woot
@Ncbreit: I actually have some (got for my wedding) but for my hair type it just didn't do the trick.. or I suck at using it correctly =/ lol
@ebet24: OooOooO I'll have to check Sally's out! Especially for that price! =)
All you ladies are awesome! Any other favs?
@ebet24: @amnystik: I liked the Batiste but because it's an aerosol it ran out super fast. I get more bang for my buck with the Blow (and it works better, imo). Yay for giftcards!
@Aure: That's nice to know! I have just under $15 on my gift card so I'll definitely be ordering it (no Ulta where I live)... and I'll probably head to Sally's too to try the Batiste too.... figure I can't have too many awesome products on hand. tehe
I used to use Pssst, and I have tried Oscar Blandi, but last time I went the store was out of it, so I tried Suave's Dry Shampoo because I was desperate. I love it! Who would have thought the cheapest one works the best? It absorbs oil, adds volume, and brushes out easily. Highly recommend!
@amnystik: For a drugstore brand, try Treseme. It's super cheap and it gets the job done. I also recommend bumble and bumble or Oscar Blandi - you can get both of them at Sephora.
I have dark hair (sometimes red lol) and I use Batiste Dry Shampoo... I get it at Sally... it's about 7.50 a can and it helps me stretch my color longer too. It's GREAT! Better than any others I've found, and the price is right too!
PS, the Tresseme and Suave do NOT work on my mass quantities of fine hair
As far as volumizing products go, I absolutely loveeeeeee Oribe:

I believe this product is made by angels and unicorns. It smells heavenly, isn't sticky, and holy moly gives you volume. It also costs as much as a unicorn, unfortunately.
Dry shampoo wise, I like Pssssst. But I'm currently jumping around and trying brands. I have a bottle of Tresseme right now, but I'm not loving it. Definitely prefer the Pssssst. The Tresseme adds a little volume, but doesn't seem to take much of the oiliness out. Baby powder does the trick a lot better.
I like all of these suggestions because I used baby powder yesterday and it was awful! My head smelled like dirty baby powder all day and still was matted to my head :(
I use Oscar Blandi and LOVE it. Gives my hair a little more life at the end of the day and more volume. He has two different kinds, and one is the no-residue one. Big fan!
I tried the Tresseme spray and it was awful. If my hair was not so fresh before, after the spray it was downright sticky and stringy. :(
I use the powder and find it works great on my hair, i do not have thick or long hair.
i forget the brand i use, i just started using it recently, it's just from Shoppers Drugmart!
@AnneTossy: I just bought Oribe shampoo, conditioner and a hair masque for coloured hair and I love it! I'll have to check that out.
@eliwhit: I was so disappointed with the Oscar Blandi. It smelled like Pine Sol and didn't do anything for my hair. Do you have thin hair? Mine is super thick so maybe that's why I didn't ahve great results.
@Aure: really? I didn't smell a pine-sol thing at all. I have super thick, color treated hair. It works well on my bangs and along my part, but if I skip a shampoo and only use this it can weigh my hair down with all of the oil.
@eliwhit: Hmm, this is the one I tried. Definitely smelled like Pine Sol to me and really didn't do anything for my hair. Complete waste of $20 for me.
@Aure: I have that one and the yellow one in my purse right now. guess we just have different hair!
@AshleyR83: I second that, I use Tresemme... I tried Suaves and it was gone within like 2 weeks!

Hey ladies~
I've decided officially to change my look & would like to invest in some good dry shampoo to help with some texture & volume on my "day old" hair.
What are some favorites?
Here's one that I saw on another blog, but it seems REALLY pricey to try and not like =/
