@berybery:  Sainte Chapelle in Paris. My favorite!! The Lourve. And oh gosh, what is that french bakery… how can I not remember it!! It was near the obelisk…

Well since you like shopping you will need to go to the Champs-Elysee in Paris. Also, I love the Montmartre area.

This is going to be totally random but.. the pandas in Edinburgh zoo!! They’ve just been shipped there from China, and the zoo is a really great zoo. Well worth a visit for a fun day out (depending how much time you have in Edinburgh, of course!)

I’ve just seen you’re only in Edinburgh for 2.5 days.. totally up to you how much value you put on pandas in that case ha!!!!

In Edinburgh, climb Arthur’s Seat for an amazing view of the city, have coffee at Artisan Roast, eat haggis, neeps and tatties at the Scotch Malt Whisky Society, visit the Queen’s Scottish home at Holyrood (and/or the Parliament), have amazing Indian food at Khushi’s… My list goes on and on. I love my home city!
