Great prgress!

I looove lifting and because of that I’ve gained far bit more than I’d like mainly because I eat so much more and I’m not eating the right things. So now I’ve shifted to more circuit training and cardio and only lifting 2 days a week rather than 3-4.

Keep up the great work!

I made a lot of progress visually in the first 12 months I was lifting weights. It’s much more subtle now but I’m focusing on strength rather than aesthetics and enjoying how much I can eat.

Second one is February 2013 to July 2014. I went from 77.1kg to 61.4kg.

This is from the Superbowl 2 seasons ago when the Ravens won….notice the beginning of the double chin

July 2013, my friends wedding, my meds effed up my metabolism, thus making me almost 150 lbs :'( The heavieest I have ever been. It got worse when I went into the hospital last Oct…..but I cant find a pic. The dreaded “armpit fat” kept creeping, and my stomach is disgusting…..but. Im getting closer


Both of these are from within this week. Down to 134.1 lbs, pretty close to my high school weight(Im 24) Im thinking about 2-3 lbs more due to the slow but steady toning(yay yoga and dog walking)  my midsection is making me look less and less pregnant, and my arms are toning. Luckily, I just started working in the produce dept at a grocery store, so lifting all those pumpkins this fall will help!

I dont want to be a stick, I love my hips, my butt, and my legs….but that damn double chin haunts me in so many pictures. And I want my tummy to be flat enough that crop tops/ high-low tops can be an option

I don’t have photos, but maybe I should start! 

I started eating ealthier and doing some light exercise and I’ve lost ~15 pounds. I couldn’t be more thrilled! My tummy is flatter and my arms are toning up a bit as well!

Me.  Dont have  a before picture right now.  Now, all I want is to get my legs a tat bigger and getting my tummy to stay flat.lol

I was stuffed in that hoodie lol at 175lbs and now a year later I’m 160 and I used to only wear pants if I had a hoodie or loose shirt but not I’m back to bikinis and snug shirts! It’s wonderful and I’m still in progres

s2bmrscook:  Awesome. I really want to do a fitness competition!  I am thinking of starting to train for it next year myself. I say go for it.
