I really am just ready to go home!!  My office is VERY similar to a high school lately.  I am tired of backstabbing people and cliques.  Can't I just win the lottery?

    Anyone else? TGIF!

This kinda how I feel always, everyday lol.  I have a couple friends in the office but the others?  Ugh!  Hope you're doing something fun this weekend to unwind :)

I'm sorry your office is so retarded! I had a weird office day yesterday, too!!!

First, a coworker decided to inform me that he thinks I am underweight. Thanks for the PSA? So i ended up debating it with him and telling him my real weight, upon which his eyes bugged out of his head and then he thought i was lying. Yes, i really am 5'11" and 170 pounds. Perfectly healthy. Deal.

Then, a coworker informed me that some union shop guys in the back are being peeping toms on me and peeking over my cube at me while they walk to the bathroom, so he warned me about wearing anything revealing/low cut in the office. Not that I do, but now I feel way grossed out. I crabbed to my parents about it and they're like "those are compliments!". In what sick world?! And then dad accused me of dressing provocatively at work. Helloooo i had dress pants and a dress shirt on. Oye vez.

    TGIF!

OMG seriously!! I can see why your dad said they are compliments, but really they are perverts!!

There is one girl in the office that is fairly new, and I made the mistake of trusting. Now that she has suffeciently sucked up to MY boss and some reorganization has gone on, she won't speak to me. I have tried over and over but she is just so stuck up. And the people she used to talk about, she acts like she is BFF's with.

There are 10 of us in the office.  My mom is everyone's boss but me. Myself and one other guy are managers, the rest are employees. So snotty girl about and other manager invite my mom out for a Boss's day lunch and leave EVERYONE else out of it.  OMG brown nosers!!

Yeah, it more than anything just creeps me out. I'm an engineer, i work with all men...mostly men my dad's age. So uh, yeah. Doesn't make me feel good about it, necessarily. More perved out that men my dad's age are trying to peek at the top of my chest from over the side of my cubicle wall. Eewwwww.

I hate suck-ups. We don't have too many of those around here. At least you're higher up than her, lol. And yeah, Boss' day? We don't do squat for that! Seeing as how your office is so small, that's definitely high school!

I'm trying to be the bigger person and have tried numerous occasions to talk to her and I am still getting the cold shoulder. Party of my job was given to her (supposedly it's a good thing for me...) and she isn't talking to me! Shouldn't it be the other way around? We both are scheduled to fly out to IL next month for a big company meeting. I tried to be nice and schedule the same flights as her and she has still been ignoring me.  She better watches who she's nasty too...Karma is a you know what!

I LOATHE my job for these exact same reasons. I feel like the new kid transferring in to a high school - and I've worked there for over two years. They've never warmed up to me and I hate, hate, hate being there. It's sad when you're actually okay with the fact that you're sick so you don't have to be there, dealing with them. Ugh.
