Ok, for whatever reason I have been CRAVING chocolate lately. And no, I cannot blame it on that time of the month b/c it’s lasting PAST that. Anyway, I am looking for any ideas where I can get my chocolate fix but not feel bad about it! What are some “healthy” chocolate choices? I know, everything is fine in moderation but I just WANT to eat like 20 chocolate covered graham crackers… in one sitting.. lol

I highly recommend the Blue Diamond Dark Chocolate almonds. Almonds are high in vitamin E and protein, plus you get the chocolate kick!

Sometimes sugar free chocolate pudding will satisfy my chocolate craving, but I like it even better when I mix it 2:1 with light cool whip. Makes a really light chocolate-y mousse and its pretty low-cal while still being bigger (I am not a person who can eat 1 square of dark chocolate and be satisfied).
You could also go and get a few chocolate covered strawberries? It feels like a lot because they’re big and decadent but they’re more fruit than chocolate.

If you like dark chocolate, look for 70% cacao. It has a strong flavor, so a smaller amount will be more satisfying. It’s also considered heart healthy if it’s over 70%.
