I am sorry you had such a bad night.  Has your migraine eased up any?  I know what those are like.

Hope you can get a nap for yourself today and just rest.

So, has he ever had a sleep study? I’m concerned that he is having full body jerks and movements associated with snoring. Is he not treated for his RLS? I’m asking because I’m a polysmonography tech… seems like his condition is disruptive and could be better managed.

@ellisrobertson:  This WILL hurt but try to rinse your eye with saline solution and do so regularly to keep moist and infection free. Eye injuries are a total bitch but they do tend to heal quickly.

If you have persistent migraine a small visit to the ER for a jab might not be the worst idea – there is no point in suffering when something could be out in your back and you have pinched nerves or something.

Good luck!

Oh man, I can so relate to how you feel…Darling Husband snores, and some nights I get SO irrationally angry at him! Obviously it isn’t his fault, and I know that in my mind…but in the middle of the night when I’m exhausted and he’s going like a jet engine, I swear I could smother him with a pillow. And frankly, I feel that defense would hold up in any court.

Anywhoe, I hope you’re feeling better ๐Ÿ™‚

You should talk to your doctor and see if they can put you on a prescription migraine pill. I get them frequently and Execedrin does not work anymore. Unless I take like 3 on top of my migraine pill.

@ellisrobertson:  Ppppffffffft no worries really. I had my first migraine ever a few weeks ago and I thought I was dying, couple that with meningitis we have had in the area and my Fiance was over gently trying to get me to the emergency room, his encouragement was akin to a deranged man sitting in the car outside the front door, foaming at the mouth, eyes twitching neurotically and hooting ๐Ÿ™‚

As for snoring, my self same Fiance had this quarter of a life crisis a month or so ago and decided to pierce his ears. Let’s just say he was being a girl about the whole healing aspect, as for the piercing itself – he PASSED OUT! Anyway, so because of his fragile little lobes he had to sleep on his back, for fear he might further damage the area and prolong healing. Que endless nights of snoring. In our language we refer to snoring badly as ‘balke saag’ or to saw wooden beams. I told him that after so many nights of sawing wooden beams I haven’t even a bloody coffee table to show for it! He still complains about those damn earrings, I still roll my eyes. The piercing artist outright refused to pierce anything else he might want to have pierced in the future, his manhood chief amongst the piercing artist’s objections.

@ellisrobertson:  From what you have told me about your ex boss witch and your moving it would seem as if anxeity is a great cause (or even just aggressor) of your migraines. Have you considered anti-anxeity medications? Are you feeling better yet?

If someone told me to ‘power through’, I’d volunteer to beat them over the head with a sharp, yet somehow pointy object to enable them to be my ‘power through buddy’. Yeah, let’s beat it together but first I get to beat you!

Sorry you’re having a tough time. Migraines are horrible! Would you happen to have any raw apple cider vinegar? It’s miraculous…anytime I get a migraine, I drink a tall glass of cool water with 2 tablespoons ACV mixed into it. The headache is usually gone in less than 10 minutes.

I hope you feel better soon!
