Funny you should ask! I was going to have leftover chilli for lunch, but the office is getting Chinese food. Sorry chilli, you’ll be eaten for dinner. I like mine spicy, topped with just a little bit of sour cream, and oh bring on the cheese. Mmmmm.

I like it only the spicier side with sharp cheddar, a small big of sour cream, and, if it’s available, cornbread. If not, saltine crackers.

@Linz1231:  With a kick of Siracha. I HAVE to have fritos, little bit of cheese and little bit of sour cream. Green onions wouldn’t hurt either.

I like mine a bit spicy… over rice and topped with shredded cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream!

Vegetarian, spicy, topped with sharp cheddar and scallions for me. I hate sour cream, which I realize makes me weird.

Oh girrrrrrrrrrl. 

Spicy, thick, no vegetables. Topped with sharp cheddar and honey corn bread. We finally found this recipe, and it is amazing. We’ve made it a billion times, and everyone we have try it loves it.

@mightywombat: I hate sour cream, too. FI LOVES it and has to mix it with our chili and tacos because I make them too spicy for him lol.  

@MerryWidow: Mmm…chili fries. Oooh, or chili dogs!

I like it a bit spicy with sour cream, cheese, and green onions (if we have them or if I remember), LOL! I also love cornbread on the side. Mmmmmm so hungry now…..
