I think a good way to build an audience for a blog is to build relationships with other bloggers! Read their blogs and comment in a way that adds to the conversation, and then link to your blog or a relevant post on your blog. A more direct way to do it would be to email other bloggers a link to a post that is relevant to what they blog about and ask for their feedback, and if they like it, to link it on their blog.
Also, make a Twitter account and follow people that would be interested in your blog, and start conversations with them! Be sure to tweet a lot and link to your blog. Twitter is a great way to build a following!
How do you find blogs to read? The only ones I really read are uuumm the blog page of weddingbee.

I just started a blog and I have no idea how to promote it. Do you just send it to your friends and hope they pass it along? I dont feel like i should promote it here because it has nothing to do with weddings, but I dont know how to share it!
Help please!
