NWR – How to sooth cramps after workout…

Ryansgirl:  I often get cramping in my legs, and I started taking magnesium in the midlde of my pregnancy, and I haven’t had a leg crap since, like, February or March. It’s been amazing. Maybe check into that?

I realize yours are from exercise, but it may still help. Also, make sure the stay hydrated and stretch before and after working out. I’m not sure what else you can do right now apart from maybe some Icy Hot or Biofreeze.

sitting in the sauna and slow stretching always helps me out when this happens

Be sure to eat plenty of protein. Massage also helps me along with stretching.

WATER WATER WATER!!!! after you run eat a banana, you will notice at runs that this is usualy a snack that is provided!!! also slow stretches and don’t just finish make sure you cool down so your body doesn’t get get cold and cramp.
