First off I must admit, I cannot cook. At all. I live off stuff i can throw either in the oven or on top of toast.
So I have been having baking lessons with my friend and yesterday I handmade this gorgeous loaf! Super proud of myself! I have also mastered lemon sponge 🙂

Nice! I was so proud of myself the first time I baked a loaf from scratch… I recommend adding flavouring as well – most loaf recipes can take about 200g of something else – cubed cheese and chopped bacon is my favourite!
