I discover Google reader here on the boards, after that i don't miss a thing lol
Um. I update like everyday. Sometimes twice. But I am obsessed so there you go.
Readers are the most genius thing ever. I remember the horrible days of bookmarking dozens of blogs and then trying to sort through what I had read and what I hadn't.... it was so frustrating! Maybe if your bosses are in the older generation that doesn't understand/use readers, I can understand their apprehension about changing the schedule, but pretty much everyone of a certain age or technological literacy uses readers these days, from what I've seen. :)

I write for a blog at my work, and there is some concern that the blog has to update at consistent intervals; for example, every Monday. Right now it updates just once a week, and I am advocating for it to be occasionally twice weekly. The powers that be think that this will confuse people.
Personally I can never keep track of when blogs update, if there is a schedule. I just keep checking back to see if there are new entries until there is one, or I put them in my blog reader and wait for them to show up. So I think it doesn't matter if we don't stick to a consistent posting schedule.
What do you think? For blogs you follow, do you notice or know when they update? I am particularly interested about blogs that aren't updated every day. Please help!
