I'm not currently a resident (I'm briefly living out of state) but I love Pinky. There are several on the UWS and at least one in the upper East. They do a good job and overall I think their prices are pretty reasonable.

Can any NYC bees suggest a good place to get your nails done in Manhattan? I've gone to some random ones and haven't had the best results...I'm not looking for anything fancy, just a clean place with good quality =)
