Hi everyone I wouldn’t normally trouble you with this but I need some prayer or well wishes and just good vibes all around. My cousin was diagnosed at 16 with Medduloblastoma ( brain and spine caner) and at almost 24 he is still battling this and will most likely not be around for much longer, they told us at Christmas that is would probably be his last and I just found out that he will soon be put into a medically induced coma because he is in too much pain right now. I just wanted to share this incredible story with you and ask that if you ever do make any kind of donations, that the St. Jude’s Research hospital is the perfect place. My cousin, Timmy, will be 24 on March 29th and I k now you don’t know him or even me but if you would to send a card or letter just to lend emotional support let me know and i will give you his information. I have also enclosed a link to the story written about him a few years ago to share his story. Thank you all for listening.

Lots of love going your way- St. Jude’s is amazing. When I was 14, a friend of mine went there after he was diagnosed with leukemia. He lost his battle after about 9 months with cancer, but they made sure that he got to do SO many things! He was really into punk rock and ended up meeting all of his favorite musicians.
Someday, when FI and I are financially secure and have the means to make charitable donations, St. Jude’s is at the top of our list for what they did to help Nick and what they do with everyone who goes there.
My thoughts are with you. I’m sorry. I know how hard it can be.

@Miss Fish: Thank you so much for your support, I am sorry to hear about your friend, my cousin loves football and is a huge ATL falcons fan and they have been very gracious to him, sending letters and a video showing their support. I know I can’t make very many financial donations at the time either but when i can this is what I want to give to when I can
They do not turn any family away because they can not pay, My cousin’s benefits ran out several years ago and they have treated him no different, and even though he is no longer considered a child he will continue to be treated there. It is a wonderful place and I hope it can save the lives of many many children in the future.

What an incredible story.
I, too have heard incredible stories about St. Judes.
This is another reminder to us that 99% of us have nothing to complain about.
I admire his strength and courage. Sending warm thoughts his way.
