I know its hard...I left my last job b/c it was very stressful, and I was there for a year and a half as a TEMP w/ no benefits. yep, I was being used. But I put a stop to it.
I'm still looking, but good luck w/ your new job! You can do it!
Good luck! Can you drop in on a few yoga classes at your gym or at the Y? That always helps me with my anxiety!

I'm starting a new job this week and I'm very nervous. I resigned from my last position because it became a toxic, unhealthy work environment and which triggered a series of panic attacks for months on end. The panic attacks were pretty bad... my throat would close up, constant crying before and after work, inability to sleep through the night, tightness in the chest, etc. I tried professional help but it didn't help much. Perhaps I just didn't click with my therapist.
I've started to feel a little anxious again in preparation of starting my new position. If anyone knows of online resources or support groups, can you please list them below? I don't have health insurance (yet) so I can't afford to seek professional help for the time being. Please send good vibes my way!
