I’ve been having these really intense LONG feeling nightmares every night this week. They all shoulder around me dropping the ball on some earthshattering responsibility, and when i wake up I still feel exhausted.
Two nights ago? I was running with Quil and he broke his leg, and I couldn’t get to the vet to fix him, and there was a tornado coming, and I couldn’t get into the ONE nearby house for shelter because the guy living there had just found out I was engaged. Fantastic.
Last night? Okay. Fiance was Batman. Not, my Fiance was Bruce Wayne, but he turned into Batman. And Batman left me with the task of deciding who in a group of teenagers had been turned into a Vampire. And, oops, i missed one. So, I woke up with Jeremy from Vampire Diaries (anyone watch that show? I am HOPELESSLY addicted) terrorizing a high school gym, and me calling for Batman, but a split screen revealed that he was sleeping.
Yeah, here’s hoping that these stop when the move is over.
Anyone else have a nightmare that’s been bugging them?

I have really vivid nightmares. It scares my boyfriend, even. They pop up when I get really stressed..
Not to go into too many details, I go to bed long before the Boyfriend or Best Friend does every night, and usually wake up around midnight or 1 am screaming because I see dead bodies or body parts all around me, touching me, etc. I can even smell it. It’s terrible because there is always about a minute after I wake up that I can still SEE and SMELL it..like I’m awake but still dreaming. It is just too real. What’s worse is that even after I start shrieking and jump out of bed and run out into the living room, my heart is still pounding and I’m usually in tears. This really terrified my Boyfriend or Best Friend the first few times, now he knows just to hold me until I “wake up”. After a few minutes I am usually just like..”What..happened?” It is bad, so I try to keep my stress level down….yeah not so easy.

I really haven’t had any nightmares in a looong time. Just weird dreams. But a couple weeks ago I had a nightmare that a vampire locked me up in his basement and was trying to turn me into a vampire…creeeeepy! I’m reading “‘salem’s lot” by Stephen King, which is definitely to blame lol.

My nightmares are proof that I watch too much “suspense” type of TV – I had the scariest one the other night with a serial killer who was a combination of the Grave Digger from Bones, the one on Psych, and an episode of the Mentalist (which I’ve only seen ONCE!) it was ridiculously scary. I woke up and couldn’t get back to sleep.

I haven’t had anything recently but when I was planning the wedding, I had a lot of the ceiling fan is falling on us nightmares. Odd and specific.

i haven’t been having nightmares per say–but i’ve been having really tense dreams every night for the past month. A recurring one is that i’m lost in an airport and my flight is about to depart. I keep waking up sore from having my muscles tense from so long. i feel like if I don’t get a good nights sleep soon i’m going to go nuts! I guess i’m not alone…

When I was younger I used to have a reoccuring nightmare, it was the worst. The details always varied but in the dreams my Mother always abandoned me. Freud would of loved me. And every once in awhile I have what I classify as a nightmare, which might not be to all. I have dreams that I’m in the middle of class or going to class and I don’t know anything about the material. Nor do I know when the class times are or the location. Its really stressful!
I don’t have any non-wedding related nightmares lately. And now my wedding related dreams are just ridiculous. I can sum it all up by saying that in these nightmares, not a single thing goes right. And I’ve forgotten to bring everything. Clearly that’s not possible… right?!?
