yep. as long as you have the card you paid with they can find it and do a return without a reciept. They can also look it up from the bar code on the little stickers they put on the shoe boxes when you bought them. Both items will find the receipt for you.
They can do anything for you - just take them in and you shouldn't have a problem.
Nordstrom can literally do anything for you. Including making you a last minute appt. with a nail person to fix your manicure when your having a breakdown while trying on jeans late to a dinner reception. Don't ask. They're awesome.
I used to work at nordstroms in college they will let you return pretty much anything. They are a little more strict with shoes , but they can definitly look it up with your credit card info. people used to return clothes that they have had for years.
They have the BEST customer service, don't even worry, just take them in.
Nordstrom has the best all time return policy, which means they will take anything back. I worked there for a couple of Christmas holidays and they just want to be known to have great customer service so they should not throw a fit. My friend bought some boots there and and about 6 months later the boot heel fell off (they were $600 boots) and they took them back. I told my friend that my $100 boots would never do that. HA!

So, does anyone know if Nordstrom will look up your receipt using credit card information in order to do a return? I need to return some shoes I ordered and I can't find the receipt anywhere. I'm beginning to wonder if it was even shipped with the shoes, since the whole shipment was a little odd. Gotta love the Half-Yearly Sale though!
