We are bad and fall asleep with the tv on, so sometimes that doesn’t happen.

Most of the time, I’ll be the one to say goodnight but I usually don’t lean in for a kiss.

What I wonder is if bees say goodbye and with a kiss to their SO/DH when I leave for work or leave to go anywhere. I always do, the hubby doesn’t and it bothers me sometimes. He just leaves.  I don’t usually know he’s gone until I hear him pull out of the parking lot.

We always both say “Goodnight, Love you,” but rolling over to kiss is way too much!  We are selfish with sleep!

he does and its always followed by saying “nite nite, kissy kissy, sweet dreams”, we have always done this and if he is super tired i will smack him on the back to wake him up to say it – its a rule.   another rule is we never seperate (leave the house, go to work, hang up the phone) without saying i love you – we have rules 🙂

I usually say goodnight first because he could fall asleep as soon as his head hits the pillow. He usually says our customary, “love you” first though. And he says bye first when one of us leaves for work/school usually.

@ttn133: Yes. He usually says it first and we kiss (or he kisses my forehead if i’m still mostly asleep). When we don’t though, it kind of throws me off?

We always say goodnight to each other and usually end off with a kiss.

@ttn133: We’ve made a pact to always kiss each other goodbye whenever we leave each other, whether it’s to go to work or out with friends. We usually kiss and say “Bye, I love you!”

We always give each other a kiss before going to sleep… even if we’re all snuggled in, we’ll turn over for a kiss.

It depends… sometimes I will say it and sometimes FH will say it. If he doesn’t I will and if I don’t he does 🙂

We always say goodnight and kiss but it varies who initiates. Even if I go to bed first he comes up to kiss me and say goodnight… and tuck me in hehehe. Sometimes when we both start to doze while we’re talking in bed and one of us will notice after a few minutes of no talking/falling asleep and still say it. It sort of wakes the other up but we still manage to say it every night pretty much without fail.

If we are both going to bed at the same time (which is really rare) he usually says it first, but if I’m really tired and he’s not I’ll say it first so I can go to bed.  Otherwise he is usually working and I will text him when i’m going to bed.

As for saying goodbye, whoever is leaving with make sure to get a kiss, hug and say “i love you”… I wake Fiance up if he’s sleeping to say goodbye in the morning.

Oh and we always say goodbye with a kiss, even when I leave for work painfully early to get to work and he’s still in bed I kiss him on the head/cheek (whatever I can find in the dark lol).
