The snow is a kinda heavy right now... but I rember in the Blizzard of 96' I NEVER got a snow day from PS 40. Kids are spoiled now. lol.

@ Miss Pizzelle - I remember '96 really well. I was still in high school and I remember how much I LOVED all the snow.

I will admit ladies, I did work from home yesterday *hangs head in shame*. My boss had told everyone on Tues "If you don't live on a Subway line, I don't wanna see your face tomorrow." My boss rules. Plus, it was a gimme day off -- who would pass that up?

I spent the day in my PJ's, I actually did to work and kept checking emails till 6pm - my apt is sparkling, I baked cookies and after I helped shovel and FI dug out the car, I made hot chocolate from scratch (I'm talkin' old school - cocoa powder, cinnamon & sugar. OMG SOOOOO GOOD! And so not low-carb hah!)
