Can’t wait to see this…what a sick family he came from….so sad
I want to see this, but I’m also scared to. I’m going to cry like a baby.
Wow! Just amazing the courage of Shane in the face of tragedy. The movie was so well done I truly grieved for Tom as if I knew him. I cried literally for hours. I woke up thinking about how I can get people in my life that oppose gay love and marriage to watch this love story. I am a straight woman from a Christian home. My parents are not hateful but they still cannot understand that gay is not a choice or a sin. I’ve tried to explain to them what I know to be true but the problem is that most people who believe this way have never had meaningful contact with gay people. Seeing this film they may get to know Shane and Tom and understand love is love and why Marriage should be for all. The laws are changing but we have a long way to go in the fight to change hearts. Right now Tom and Shane are leading that fight. Beautiful !
Just finished watching the film and it is still a heartbreaking story. I hope it will reach millions just as his video diary did that started this all. To my joyous surprise as a supporter of the film being created there is a small video clip of my partner and I on our wedding day that was included. What an honour to be part of a historical film like Bridegroom
