Weddingbee boards

Ok...so I never do the vent thing on message boards, but I need to get this off of my chest.

So this morning, I got called into work for my part-time job I have. (I started working at a fast-food Mexican restaurant a few weeks ago to save money for the wedding/life's many expenses). I didn't mind going on. In fact, one of my classes was canceled, so I free to help out for a few hours, just knowing I would have to go to my office around 2pm.

So I get to work and feed the meter. I left work quickly to feed it again during the few hours. This should have gotten me to a little after 2pm. Maybe 2:05. I come out at 2:09pm. Of course, as fate would have it, I got a parking ticket. I was pissed. I closed my car doors and screamed at the top of my lungs. Though it's only $25, it's like I worked for nothing today!!!! That $25 that I made at work is going straight to a parking ticket I got because of work.

Also, my fish died this morning. I bought it LAST NIGHT! IT COULDN'T EVEN SURVIVE THE DAY! SN: All my houseplants also have died in the past from neglect, but I was trying to turn over a new leaf (no pun intended) and do better with living things. RIP Joe.

UGH! THIS DAY SUCKS!!! Thanks for letting me vent.

@Lindsay12.31.2010: Here, you have to make a formal appeal to the police department and appear in court! It seems so stupid. Why all the freaking extra steps?!?!?!?
