I have before. I wish I could join again, but I just can't afford it. However, it worked for me amazingly. My sister lost 50 pounds in 6 months (and then got pregnant lol). But, the group support is great and you learn great eating habits.

yes, that's a good deal. Still more than I can spare right now though lol. I know how to work the program, just need to get back on. But, having the weekly meetings is still a HUGE help! I;m excited for you.

Me! I do it online and it's only like, 16 dollars a month. Well, I did it online. And it works when you follow it! Then I stopped following it to the extreme and ate out every meal. And gained 20 pounds back. But! I started it again YESTERDAY! And I'm doing it for real and the gym kicked my @$$ today!

It totally works. I did it for a couple months and lost 15 pounds. But, the key is, you really have to commit to going to the meetings. But, everyone I know who's gone and been committed has had it work!

I cant wait till tommorrow! I am still debating on if i want to do it online or if i want to go to meetings.. online is cheaper than meetings is one pro.

I did meetings in high school. Now, my schedule just isn't consistant enough for me to go, plus I feel awkward.

Well, since I was younger the ladies tended to fawn over me... and I really hate attention from strangers. From my friends and families, sure, I'm all about it. But from strangers about such a sensitive topic (my weight has always been an issue for me)... it was hard.

oh yeah, im sort of worried about older people there but the first meeting is free!

I know what you mean about weight.. my family is a little overweight so i always get something about my weight and shouldnt i be trying to lose weight and blah blah blah.

not that im joining ww to make my family happy but still... weight is very sensitive.

I have lost 40 pounds on this program and I love it.  It has been proven that people who go to meetings lose more than those who don't.  At my meetings (granted it's a at work program) everyone is supportive for the ups and downs.   I hope you joined and have been productive!!! It was the best thing I ever did for myself!

I love it! I've been on 10 weeks and have dropped 8 lbs. The plan is totally liveable, its just that tracking is key!!

I loved it when I was their, although KMSull is right, it's kind of awkward as a teen to be going. I really want to get back on the program, but money is tight right now, so no go. I just wish my mom hadn't tossed all of the stuff for it.

I don't pay for anything, but I count points to help me with portion sizes! My mom did weight watchers so she taught me how - it helped me start paying attention to what I was actually eating for sure! My mom lost about 30 lbs on it, my friend's mom also did it and lost 40 lbs!
