I have a shoe drawer since my pumps are 'office only' and I wear flats to and from work. Then I have a drawer that holds my hand lotion and candy for my candy dish and another drawer where I keep all of my receipts to be expesned and business cards. I know, totally boring.
Aside from my work files and stuff I have hand lotion, hand sanitizer, a hairbrush, hairspray, lip balm, clear nail polish, one extra pair of hose, one pair of flats and three pairs of heels, granola bars, oatmeal packets, reuseable water bottle.
@moderndaisy: There's a woman on my floor who literally has an entire bookshelf in her cube that just has shoes in it! I'll wear my heals out sometimes, so I just wear flats to work and carry my pumps in a bag with my lunch, lol. I do have a "back up" pair that live under my desk in case I ever forget to bring heals with me though. Those shoes have never touched pavement!
I have like 8 drawers filled with work crap, and then one thats alllllllll mine. I have everything from extra deoderant, body spray, a mirror, lotion, excedrin migraine, my planner, a box of oatmeal (my breakfast), a snack, a bottle of disinfectant, and a salt shaker :)
Chocolate! Also, Chapstick, lip gloss, deodorant, feminine products, nail polish (to stop runs in my hose) plastic spoons (for my morning yogurt), chia seeds (also for my morning yogurt), and oh yeah! work related stuff. : )

Oh I forgot my pad/tampon drawer. My work doesn't givei these out for free (I think ALL offices should provide these for obvious reasons, but almost none do) so I have to keep them at work.
I have one large drawer of personal items. It contains my purse, a jar of peanut butter, a box of green tea, a mug, hand lotion, lip gloss, a mirror, a cosmetic pouch filled with medication (gravol, tylenol, rolaids, decongestant etc...) mouth wash, werther's chocolate candies, nail file and eye glasses cleaner.
pads, tampons, advil, hairspray, ponytail holders, bandaids, deodorant, febreze, tums, contact solution, umbrella, protein bars, oatmeal packets, tea, honey, splenda and oh my, I just found saltines. Yay!
A lint roller, tampons, tissues/napkins, several pairs of headphones, peanut butter, lotion and the rest is mostly work stuff
I keep my life at work!
I also have an entire filing cabinet drawer full of high heels (maybe 15 pairs) and a drawer of food (no food right now because I'm trying to lose weight). 
I have trail mix and Smartfood popcorn in one of my cubbies. I also have a coaster for my daily pop. Besides that, all work stuff.
One drawer has candy, mugs, tea, some tampons, plastic forks/knives/spoons, hot chocolate, tang, and some energy drinks.
Another has snacks: cookies, cheezits, snack brownies and a box of plastic silverware (mostly spoons and knives... I've used all the forks, I think).
The other two drawers are work stuff.
ON my desk is a whole 'nother story!!! LOL!
Oh wow, I never knew women kept so many beauty products in their drawers, lol!
I have advil, small snacks like peanuts, and 100 calorie snack bags, gum, cough drops, and eye drops, and small bottle of lotion.
@AnnieAAA: Every female on my floor, the floor below me, and the floor above me knows about my stash. Can't tell you how many times people have come to me for an emergency nail repair session! I even have dry shampoo - that one is popular when its really muggy out.

I don't have much, but I definitely have a blanket, and some snacks. I had a few pairs of shoes, but I took them home. My office roomy definitely has nail repair and shoes stashed in and under her desk.
I think the only really interesting thing I have on my desk is my red betta fish Lucifer, Louie for short, and my zombie from my cousin. His legs, arms, and head, come off for when you're under stress.
Love this post... I seriously stopped working to see what I have (since things just seem to accumulate over the years)
Coffee mugs, nalgene bottles, deoderant, mirror, hand lotion, body lotion, soups, granola bars, almonds, plastic silverware, floss, toothpaste, toothbrush, koozie (hmmm...), lightbulbs, extra phone charger, tennis shoes, sweatshirt, t-shirt, extra socks (this is all because I take walking breaks), cards and notes my FI has left on my desk over the years (yes we work together), a note my son left me one morning about 3 years ago that says I am the best Mom EVER!! (awww), my sons hockey pennants from previous tournaments, nail file, ibuprofen, tums, coffee, and tea.
Aside from the work stuff, I have a drawer for just shoes, one for jogging clothes, deodorant
I have a few pairs of shoes under my desk...a nail file in my drawer with my pens and whatnot of office supplies...and a whole drawer full of snacks, teabags, splenda packets, etc. etc. My officemates and I refer to it as the "food drawer"...LOL
I have an entire drawer dedicated to food. Mainly produce and the instruments needed to eat them (pearing knife, orange peeler, etc). I also have 4 drawers, 2 dedicated to work, one to food and one to a blanket/office cardigan and a pair of slippers I wear under my desk. I slip between my shoes and slippers under my desk throughout the day :)

Just for fun - what do you keep in your desk at work? I have 4 drawers, 2 are 100% work stuff (boring, lol) and 2 are 100% personal stuff!

I have a ton of nail stuff because sometimes I do my nails at work. I used to feel bad about the smell, but people will reheat fish for lunch in the microwave and I'd rather smell nail polish than fish anyday!
The bottom drawer has my vitamins (there are 8 to take every day, I take them throughout the morning) and ribbon flower supplies! Since I plan on making my ribbon flower poms at the end of the month, I've been working on making the flowers during my lunch! lol
What do you keep in your desk? Or am I the only weirdo with a ton of random stuff at work, lol.
