I am making strawberry cake balls right now dipped in white chocolate. Ummm, yum.
CHOCOLATE! :P I'm a total chocoholic. My trips to the supermarket often end in a detour through the chocolate aisle... Mostly milk chocolate or anything which has the word "caramel" on the packaging :P
I don't like white chocolate at all. Generally, I prefer dark chocolate but I will also eat milk chocolate (semi-sweet is the same thing) if it's in chocolate chip cookies or flavored with orange/raspberry/mint. Love truffles. I don't know anyone who likes bittersweet chocolate since it is literally bitter and not sweet at all.
I'm not a fan of mint chocolate...but I do like white chocolate! My favorite is dark chocolate though :)
When I originally saw this post, I thought the poll was going to ask us to vote for our favorite chocolate, meaning "choose just one". Which would obviously be insanity 
Choose one?!?! haha what's that? I choose two! I LOVE Dark Chocolate and it's good to know it's actually good for you too, helps fight cancer! I'm going to have Chocolate covered strawberries at my wedding 'cause I love them so much! :)

I'm not a fan of milk or white chocolate, but the dark stuff...mmmm. Dark with mint or with orange are my favorites. *sigh*
I pretty much like all chocolate except for White Chocolate - its not even real chocolate!!
White chocolate is gross unless there's a pretzel underneath :).
The best chocolate is the kind that covers expresso beans! Chocolate covered coffee beans are AMAZZZZZINGGG! MMM! Im a bit of a coffee addict : )
I love dark chocolate, like milk chocolate, and dislike white chocolate (its not real chocolate!). I also love dark or milk chocolate flavored with min, raspberry, orange, or coffee. mmm.
I LOVE all high-quality chocolate, although white chocolate is my least favorite. But I still like it. :D I'm not as big a fan of the cheap stuff, which often feels kind of powdery and artificial-tasting. But give me some well-made chocolate and I am a happy lady.
I'm definitely having chocolate at my wedding - the cake will be chocolate all the way. There will also be fruit pies, since my FI isn't a cake fan, so anyone who doesn't like chocolate (poor dears) can have pie. :)
@SM1982: Ah! I need to add a peanut butter option! Have you tried the extra-thick Reece peanut butter cups?? They are FREAKIN' DELICIOUS!!!
@redherring: Haha I would never make someone choose between chocolates! That's sacrilegious in my book!
@yearns4god: I was just enjoying my chocolate I decided to start a discussion about it :) But when the time comes, I'll definitely incorporate chocolate in there somehow. Probably the favours that people take home. I'm kind of leaning towards lemon for the wedding cake. Maybe I'll have lemon AND chocolate! Ahh, a girl can dream.

So I just added the peanut butter and the caramel option. I know they're not really a type of chocolate, but they are awesome combos!
I love all chocolate, but I can't eat it often, as it contains nickel, which I am allergic to -- it's basically a gamble whether or not I'll get hives from eating chocolate. mostly darks/bittersweets are worse, but even baking with cocoa is sketchy now. It's sad :(
@missmouse29: Wow! I didn't know chocolate contains nickel! I'm so sorry to hear that you suffer from such an allergy. That is sad :(
Love dark chocolate the best! But I will happily eat any milk chocolate, too. Not a fan of the "fake" white chocolate, though. :)
I'm sitting here at my desk eating a few almond joy's leftover from Halloween. LOVE chocolate and coconut, together!
Yes, I am one of those strange people that don't like the taste nor the smell or any chocolate and yes that includes white chocolate (it tastes like plastic to me).

When I was a kid, I always thought I didn't like chocolate...and then someone handed me dark chocolate. I've been hooked ever since. As long as the chocolate itself isn't too creamy, I love chocolate blended with different flavors or filled with various things.
chocolate is my favourite topic in the world! Well there's a toss up between chocolate and cupcakes! haha
Chocolates just make me sooooo happy I love love love ALL chocolate!
but there are some i prefer a lil more....I heart truffles they make me feel warm and fuzzy inside :)
Mmmmm my biggest weakness. In all honesty I will eat any and every kind of chocolate. White, milk, dark...chocolate muffins, milk, dounuts, cake, tarts, chocolate anything!
My absolute favourites are truffles, white chocolate zero bars, and anything from Benard Callebaut...yum!!
yeah, there are a lot of thing that contain nickel that you wouldn't think did, like raspberries, nuts and dark green vegetables. (I have a whole list of things somewhere on my computer).
Chocolate bums me out the most though. :/
I'm actually not a HUGE fan of chocolate. :X I never ate it as a child, and even now, most candy bars will make me screw up my face in disgust. Easter and Halloween were so disappointing for this reason. :P As an adult, I've come to appreciate it more but the only things I really like are chocolate cake (preferably without chocolate icing), the occasional brownie, and peanut butter cups.

@missmouse29: That's such a variation of foods - It's amazing that you figured out what you were having the allergies from!
I have to say, I eat all qualities of chocolate. I love Guylian chocolates, but I also eat the balls that come wrapped in foil and come in a mesh bag from the dollar store...
I selected everything except for semi-sweet. I love all chocolate except the cheap Hershey's-type stuff.

I don't particularly like white chocolate... but if it's there I'll eat it! One of my favorite combinations is dark chocolate and raspberry- mmmmm
LOVE the dark stuff. My favorite is Antoine Amrani Chocolates. We had them as favors at our wedding. Best chocolate I've ever had (including trip to Europe!)

I'm sitting here eating a mint Dairy Milk bar and I'm in absolute HEAVEN!!!
It just got me thinking about what kinds of chocolate people like. I absolutely HATE white chocolate.
So here's a poll for poll's sake.
p.s. You know when you stare at a word for too long or repeat it too many times, it stops making sense? I'm there with chocolate. Choe-coe-let? Choco-layt?
