I guess I wont be much help. I feel the same way so I am going easy-peasy

lean (93/7) burgers mixed with diced sundried tomatoes and grated onion topped with a roasted tomato and oregano chutney or sorts

roasted onions and garlic cloves

seamed green beans with super garlicky oil.

I guess its an onion and garlic day!

DH and I made our own sushi rolls last night. Soooo good 🙂

Tonight will probably be something lazy like a frozen pizza, lol.

We are having lazy night… home made personal pizza made on pita bread. To go even further, we are in a heat wave so we are cooking them on the BBQ so we don’t heat up the house with the oven.

Homemade chicken noodle soup. I roasted a chicken last night (yum), so I used the carcass and leftover meat tonight for soup. It smells SOOOOOOOOOO good, I’m dying for DH to get home!!! I also picked up a loaf of roasted garlic bread.

Tilapia and veggies on the barbeque, wrapped in foil pouches. DH may have some brown rice on the side. Easy and healthy!

I made Chicken Divan for me because I’ve been craving it! DH won’t eat it so he’s just making himself a chicken wrap.

I was going to make falafel, but someone mentioned Outback in another thread, and now I really want steak.  Sigh.  Decisions, decisions…

My Fiance made shepherd’s pie.  Unfortunately I have to work tonight so I hurriedly ate a banana and some celery w/ peanut butter on the way into work.  I’m looking forward to his leftovers 🙂
