I’ve seen a lot of posts on here lately about children, and though I don’t have any or want any right now, I have been thinking about them lately, and wondering what they will be like 🙂 So far, I know that I want them to be:
& 3) bilingual – I want them to learn spanish from a young age, to become fluent – although I am not spanish or mexican, I think it is important, particularly depending on the area in which you live. I would love for them to learn more than one language, but at least spanish.

I want my son (and future kids) to be healthy and well behaved! I want them to respect others and love their momma!!!! 🙂

Healthy and happy is good enough for me at this point!

no just kidding. I dont’ know why I thought that was really funny. hehe
There are a lot of things I would want my children to be but first and foremost I want them to be happy. Other things that come to mind quickly:
healthy, caring, compassionate, educated, well traveled, thoughtful, etc etc etc

healthy, fun, not monsters, not food picky (we will not cook twice in my house, haha)

2) intellectually curious
3) thoughtful (as in, they think before they act!)

Empathetic, thoughtful, and hard-working (and of course, healthy and happy).

@ Melisssabegins: Good idea about not picky!!! You will eat what you get haha!!!!! (I’m probably the LEAST picky person!)
Also, I want to add happy 🙂

I’d like mine to be…
Hmm that seems like a good start!

@mellissabegins- i would’ve been your nightmare child. I am now (and was even more so as a kid) the pickiest eater ever! My mom’s rule: you’ll eat what I make or you’ll make it yourself. And I did. Almost every night 🙂

Off the top of my head I’m going to go with…
– Respectful (both of themselves and of others)
– Confident, but not arrogant
– Have excellent senses of humor.
