We "adopted" a six year old boy for Christmas and one of his "wants" was a remote control car. I got him a remote control Hummer on Black Friday. Moms were fighting each other over that thing. Apparently it's popular?
Target has a bunch in the 4-5 y/o range:
Woo that's a great idea!! Haha my dad might hate me, but really, I don't care :) Thanks, girl!
I have a six year old daughter and a couple years ago I got her Moon Sand. Its a cross between sand and playdough and can be molded in fun ways. They have different sets with themes like "amusement park" or "construction", and a lot of them are like $15. You can get it at Target.
My fiance has 6yr old twin boys...I 2nd the suggestion of a remote control car of some type, or moon sand/play do. Also, puzzles are great and good for their mind, as well as books and legos. You can get a small lego set within your price range. Transformers are big, as are Star Wars toys right now. Cannot go wrong w/ anything Nerf as well!
We bought my newphew one of those laptops for kids (which is bilingual, and has like 20-30 different language/math/science/etc. games on it) and my newphew LOVES it. He insisted on dragging it around with him everywhere he went for months and months. Now, 2 years later!, he still loves it and plays with it all the time, but just less obsessively. We got it on sale at JcPenny for...$15? I think. Totally in your budget! Look around for a good deal. Kids seem to love these! (my friend's 3 year old daughter just got one and she is gaga over it as well!)
I bought my 3 year old nephew a glow doodle, I think it's called. Remember magna doodles? Well this is the same concept, except you write with "light" - kind of a glow in the dark deal. Seems cool to me - hopefully he likes it - that kid already has everything under the sun, so I had no idea what to get. It was like 17 bucks.

Hi girls! I know some of you have little boys and I would love your help. I need some gift ideas for my 4 year old brother. He's actually my half brother and I don't live with him or see him much, so I'm totally clueless as to what to get him. Last time I saw him he was doing a Finding Nemo puzzle that he was so proud of, so I was thinking maybe getting him another puzzle. I have a $25 limit. Thank you SO much!
