I've gone to the great bridal expo, it was ok, I got great ideas for photography there and got some deals and free stuff, and i won a prize. I went early and I didn't stay for the fashion show. The tickets were free so I say its worth it, oh and you get tons of free bridal magazines which is always helpful. If you are newly engaged you should go
I'm going to go to the Bridal Expo on October 5 as well. My wedding is not in NYC, but I thought it would give me some ideas. Also, free stuff!
I went to the Expo on the 5th as well. It was a madhouse! I got a few magazines, but not much else. To be fair, I was really thinking of it as a trial-run and not expecting much.
i'm planning on a destination wedding so the bridal shows don't really help but i like to go for ideas and free magazines and stuff. I wish there were bridal shows for destination weddings.

I've heard that NY Magazine and The Wedding Salon (and BFF Bridal when they were still around) have good events. But I don't know anyone who has attended any of the following: Great Bridal Expo, Bosco's Bridal Expo, NY's Premiere Bridal Show, Everything Bridal Show and Expo. Are these, or any other taking place during Sept. - Dec. '09 worth going to?
