Hey!
Ive gotten a small piece done at NY Adorned but I agree that they are a bit expensive. There is this place in Queens that Ive gotten two of my pieces. Its called true blue tattoo. The girl artist is good shes done both of my pieces and the prices are REALLY reasonable. Its on fresh pond road. You can google it.

So very random. I've been living in New York City for five years. I've gotten four tattoos in the last five years and NONE of them have been in NYC. That is so weird...it just seems that I get tattoos when I'm "back home" or on vacation.
Anyway, I need to get some ink this weekend and I need a rec. I know East Side Ink, Adorned, etc. but they've all gone pretty Hollywood and have a $100 minimum. I'm looking for a shop to do this small tattoo, then work on a large rib piece I have planned after the wedding.
So, reveal your artists, ladies :o)
