Have you considered asking Sally for recommendations? I tried Stacey Pitt for hair and when I found out she wasn't available I asked her for recommendations and she gladly obliged. I am using Sally for makeup so sorry I don't have any other suggestions :(

I had a trial with Stacey from Fresh Face Forward yesterday and she was great! She used the airbrush makeup and it came out flawless!
She came highly recommended from the NYC Knot board.
