Wednesday would be great since FI is having dinner with his dad. I'd love to meet up with other bees and pick the brains of most about vendors - especially mua as I just haven't had any luck finding someone good that won't break the bank!
Suggestions for midtown west.... House of Brews on 51st b/t 8th and 9th is never crowded, and drinks aren't expensive. They also always are open to reserving tables ahead of time at no cost/minimum. Casual beer bar but not loud so we can talk over the TVs/music.
Oh man, I definitely can't do Wednesday. I'll check back in to see the final count at the end of the day! :)
I think I can do either, but prefer something closer to Grand Central than Times Square.
Arachna, you've got quite a tie on your hands! Wed would be better for me unless we can meet earlier on Thursday -- like 6 pm.
Also, I second the vote for Grand Central area! La Fonda del Sol has a cool lounge area in case we want tapas to go with our drinks... or there's the Wheeltapper, which is a more standard Irish pub.
But I'm up for anything! Can't wait to meet everyone.

I'll make a new poll with House of Brews and La Fonda del Sol as options for place to meet. I think both of them sound nice, not too crowded, different type of place and located in the two locations requested. Anyone want me to add another option to those two?

Time and place look good but there were a few requests for a day other than Thursday so I thought I'd put it up for a vote. Please please do vote, because the last vote count wasn't the same as comment count and that makes it hard to keep track.
