Try Celebrants USA. We're using Gerald Fierst, who is affiliated with them. We were looking for someone to create a custom ceremony for us - and Gerald fit the bill!!
I've also heard good things about Alma Daniel (or Daniels - I can't remember). But she was a bit pricey for us.

I heart the officiant we hired, Alma Daniel. It's been a year since our wedding ane we still get compliments on our ceremony! She was able to create a non-denominational, yet very spiritual ceremony for us.
