La Mela in Little Italy - we are doing ours there ..its $30 a head for ALOT of food....not including alcohol....its sooo yummy there!
We're doing ours at Pete's Downtown. It's in Brooklyn right on the water under the Brooklyn Bridge... amazing views, italian style, less than $40pp, http://petesdowntown.com/index.html

Any ideas for 40-45 folks, doesn't have to be a private room, at $40-$45/head not including alcohol, non-Chinatown, good food, and drinks that aren't ridiculously expensive? Thanks!
