Just wanted to share my wonderful experience with Sissi Chan!  I seriously had about 6 makeup trials and I was just about to give up when I tried Sissi.  Most of the caucasian makeup artists and even one asian guy makeup artists made me look bronzed and I hated the eye makeup.  She spent a lot of time with me during the trial and gave me advice when I was considering doing 2 different hairstyles during my wedding.  She was very professional, organized, calm and I have never been more confident in a hairstylist & makeup artist before.  My wedding pix came out great and the makeup lasted the whole day(except that I was too busy to reapply my lipstick/gloss).  I normally get shiny especially on my T zone but she applied some anti-shine stuff that really worked, even after being out in the summer heat for an hour during my ceremony!  Her rates are also very reasonable and she traveled to NJ for an extra fee.  You can say her bride from July 20th recommended her.

After weeks of mad searching, I think I found the perfect makeup artist for my Asian features PLUS she does fabulous updos! Her name is Sachiko Yanase and she also handles non-Asian brides (including models, actresses, etc.)
