I am planning on wearing this dress for new Year's (mine actually has some silver in it):
unfortunately, it will be pretty cold in Ohio and I will end up wearing tights or pantyhose.
Any suggestions for any shrugs, cardigans or boleros to keep me warm? I plan on taking my coat off as soon as we get to the party.
