@HopelessHeartinHouston: I contacted them a few months ago. The pictures are what interested me. I have not seen it yet, but I did get a sample contract for 100 people. Its was less than $8000, not including alcohol, flowers, or cake, but does include food at $12.50 per person. I can send it to you if you want?
I went out there when I was venue shopping a few months ago...It's nice if you are having a small wedding...no more than 75 ppl. It is a small venue. They caharge about 14k for their package.

Does anyone have any information about Oak Tree Manor? It's in Spring, and I think from what I can glean from the pictures that it would be a beautfiul place to have my wedding. I've tried calling their number and get a recorded message (The number you have dialed 281 blah blah blah is not available please leave a message after the tone) and have left a message with no reply. Am also waiting for an email reply....
I would just love some infomation! If anybody has any, ie has been to the venue or used it before or looked at it and decided it wasn't for them... I'm trying to get some pricing and specs maybe some more pictures....
