I am in the same boat. So I am going away with my best friend on a cruise & then doing something with the rest of the maids & friends at a later time. I always wanted to do a Vegas Trip with all my girls, but they couldn't make it happen. With my sister (MOH) pregnant & everyone else having children, except for one girl, I couldn't expect them to go or have the $.
We booked a trip on vacationstogo.com & we got a discount for being NJ residents. It was only $232 for 4d/3n in April. We will be in leaving from Miami & going to the Bahamas for 2 days. It's not the nicest ship or nicest room, but we will be away in the SUN!!!!
I have been to both OC, MD & it's a fabulous time. I loved Seacrets, I was actually planning to do a weekend with all the maids there as well.

Okay so my MOH and I are the types that while we are not made of money, when we have something we want to do, we do it, make the most of it, then go back to budgeting. I always dreamed of a bachelorette party in Vegas, or Miami, or Cancun... however, I am friends with way too many people who would either not be able to go, or, worst, they would go and then b*tch about money the whole time. (I had a birthday party in AC one year that just got sooo arkward because my one friend was just so cheap about it).
That being said, I've been keeping my eye out (same with my MOH) for killer deals but I am thinking that I might just end up doing a house rental for a long weekend in Ocean City, MD and do Seacrets one day. We are mostly in Jersey so we can drive down. Has anyone else been to Ocean City? Any recommendations? Is it kind of sleazy like Seaside, NJ? Is it TOO "family"? We would be going in July.
Anyone have any other ideas?? My requirements are lots of beach or pool time, fun beachy drinks, thats about it!! I am not big into clubbing- Key West would really be my DREAM but the cost is just too much to expect from people...
