Mine is mostly decor stuff. I do still have to do the final cake order and n aje an appointment with the floral designer for the centerpieces.

I’m making things harder on myself because I keep coming up with these last minute projects!

barrogten:  I’m October 17… so close! I have only found one date twin so far on the boards.

I’ve posted my list of “To Do’s” in other threads, but know as long as I get the main ones done… I’ll be good. Some of the little stuff still can’t be done, but I still continue to work on some stuff little by little every couple of days.

My main focus right now is finishing my flowers (all DIY), and then working on meeting with our photographer in the next couple of weeks when she’s in town.

For anything not done by the week of, I did take that week off so I will have plenty of time to work on last minutes things, if needed. Or else… in a perfect world… have everything done that’s needed and I can relax. Ha… who am I kidding? *lol*

It feels like there isn’t much left to do, but there’s probably a ton that I’m not thinking about and will not remember until like two days beforehand. Getting the marriage license at some point might be a good idea…

I desperately need to go for a mani/pedi, and decide once and for all whether I’m going to let another person touch my nails for the actual day. Some people (read: mostly FMIL) are pushing me toward getting them professionally done, probably because they’re worried I’ll do something “weird.” Unfortunately, “weird” in FMIL’s eyes is anything other than a French mani, so she’s gonna be let down no matter what.

I’m probably focusing on my nails too much… I need to get baskets for the bubbles and glowsticks… figure out some music… oh, and make up programs! Also make up my Instagram “wedding hashtag” signs. Also figure out how to use Instagram.

And the seating chart. Oh dear.

I’m getting married October 19- is that like being a fraternal date twin??

I’m feeling pretty reassured that my to-do list look a lot like everyone else’s. I hope that means I’m on track! Main things to do:

– track down the rest of my RSVPs<br />- do the seating chart<br />- figure out what we’re doing for place cards. I wanted to DIY them, but I don’t think we’ll have time. Not something I wanted to spend more of our budget on, though :(<br />- finalize order of ceremony and meet with our officiant (a good friend)<br />- I was going to make emergency kits for all the bridesmaids, but I think at this point I’ll just buy a cute tote and fill it with stuff for all of us.<br />- welcome bags for out of town guests – my mom offered to do this, but I want to make sure we’re on the same page about how they’ll look<br />- make signs for the tables that remind people of our hashtag<br />- write my vows! eek!

to-do as time/budget allows:

– test my polaroid camera collection to make sure they’re working, and order Impossible Project film for the photobooth<br />- dance lessons! it’s probably too late, but I’m not giving up on it just yet.

The good news is, I’m starting to feel less stressed and more excited.

barrogten:  It has been trial and error really! But, I think they’ll all look good when the day comes. I still have to cut my bouquet down to a good sieze, as well as all of the bouttonieres… but that can be done the week of. After working on them, it may have been easier having someone else do them, but this way I can keep my bouquet somewhere around the house as a keepsake.

2 weeks to go for me today!! 🙂
