So I listed my tree centerpieces, my unity candle holder, my bird cage card box, my ring bearer pillow, and my table numbers on craigslist and I’ve had ZERO interest in any of it. I’m wondering if its just because Nov (thanksgiving) and Dec (christmas) are around the corner and people are not planning weddings right now. Other October bees- have you had any luck selling your left over wedding decorations? If so, what site did you use to sell it? I can’t ship my centerpieces because they would break in shipping and would be insanely awkward to pack and they are heavy. I put them under craigslist general for sale…. is there a better CL category for wedding stuff?
I hate to think I’m stuck with all the stuff till Jan….

I feel ya. It’s taking up to much room but I spent alot of money on them so I don’t want to give them for free. ):

I’m glad we didn’t have to buy a lot for our centerpieces. We currently have a big tub of gems which I can reuse for something and just some used candles which obviously I can reuse. My mom wants some of the gems and 2 candles from our wedding so that gets rid of some of them. It works, lol. This post reminds me I need to group them together so I can give them to her. I plan on displaying some of them like our centerpieces at the wedding were also but haven’t figured out where to put it yet. Our hurricane candle holders were the venues so we didn’t have to worry about selling after. we just borrowed theirs…plus we used their mirrored tiles.
