Looks good... but are you really starting the ceremony 25 minutes after you told people to be there? I would be so pissed if I was one of your "polite" guests who made it there on time, and had to wait 25 minutes so that the RUDE and late guests could see the beginning of the ceremony.
Also, are you only eating from 5-5:30? That seems a little short, unless your reception is small or you have a super-efficent way of distributing food/
